My boys

Well once upon a time I promised pictures of my boys. I never put them on.
What reminded me you might ask, ok you might not, but I am going to assume you did ask. My oldest lost a tooth on Friday. I cried, not boo hoo, but you know teary eyed. It is a milestone in his growth.

Anyway, I have pictures I was supposed to post awhile ago so here they are.

This first one is of Master J and Master C. Master J is in the foreground, while Master C. is in the background.

Here you see both of them again, Master C. just doesn't seem to want his picture taken.

And once again the ever active boys.

And Master C. all by himself. He doesn't look very happy does he? Oh well.
These are my lovely children.

Ok, I have been lax. I am making up for it now.
I swear!
Here are the pictures.

The group shot of my gifts from Caitlyn.

The cards and the pooh pin. Isn't it the cutest?!

The Manos and the Misti Alpaca.

The book Felted Knits, just wonderful!

I can't say enough about Caitlyn. I look forward to getting to know her better. Thanks again Caitlyn for all you've done.

And the Secret Pal is.....

Caitlyn from Knot Without My Knitting .
Caitlyn is a wonderful Secret Pal. I totally love the gifts, and here is what was behind mystery door number 3.

Uh huh....Well due to technical difficulties beyond my control, you will get pictures on Monday. Blogger is being bad.

So a description:

A Jute tote bag that is beautiful lime green and Caribbean blue.

A Classic Pooh & Piglet Pin, that is shaped like a postage stamp. Did I mention I love Pooh?

Felted Knits by Beverly Galeskas. This book will keep my very busy! I must hide it from the kids :D

Knitting notecards. Things I always say, "Oh, how cute!", but never buy for myself. Thanks Caitlyn!

3 skeins of Misti Alpaca Sport, it is being fondled as I write this :D. The color is MC-1026, the website says the color is called Red Fiesta Mélange, kind of a heathery reddish brown with yellow and blue dispersed throughout. It is really pretty.

I also received the Flower Basket Shawl pattern, Caitlyn was reading my mind, I have been lusting after this pattern. The Misti Alpaca will make a wonderful Flower Basket Shawl.

2 skeins of Manos del Uruguay, color number 49. It is a wonderful variegated pink. Oooh, Pretty!

Ohh Ohh another pattern! The Squatty Sidekick bag. Now I know the Manos is just for this.

Didn't I tell you Caitlyn was a wonderful Pal?! See...Well imagine anyway. You can see on Monday, unless I get some time between now and then to play with other picture posting options.

Caitlyn dear, YOU ROCK!
Thanks again for being such a wonderful Secret Pal!

What KnitPicks is doing is just wrong.

My wallet can't possibly take anymore.

It just isn't fair.

Have you seen the new fall line of yarns?
Have You??!

Well let me be the enabler today...

There are 3 more, but Blogger will not let me add anymore pictures. Just as well.
You get the idea.

Oh well, I guess I better learn to knit faster LOL.

Happy Knitting and have a great day!

Secret Pal...

Oh my Secret Pal, I have some of the pictures I promised.

Here is the second package I received from my Secret Pal.

Ok that one is really blurry. I am capable of taking better pictures.

My Secret Pal sent the most beautiful frame for my boys pictures.
Can you see the Pooh frame?

I also have two skeins of knitpicks shimmer in the colourway Maple Leaf.

I also received the pattern for Fiber Trends Leaf Lace Shawl. Isn't it wonderful? Can you see the Leaf Lace Shawl in the Shimmer?

There is also a tin with cats, a cat measuring tape, and a very nice bag from Knit Happens. Oh let me not forget, the bubble wrap. What self respecting 4 and 5 year old children can resist bubble wrap?

Thank you Secret Pal. I am truly sorry for the lateness of the post as well as the poor quality of the photos. I still have not found my pictures my husband has stashed somewhere on his computer.

Added Aug. 4, 2005. I knew there was something missing. DUH!

I forgot the book! How could I have forgotten the book you might say. Well It was already in my knitting bag, where I can drool over it at my leisure. What book you might say, well this book...

Thank you again Pal of mine!
